We remove everything which you the customer requires removing. This will include furniture, clothing, bedding, china & glass, carpets, curtains, and even the kitchen cupboard contents, including food.
No, we also clear garages, sheds, cellars, lofts, offices and shops.
Yes, we have full Public Liability insurance and we are also registered with the Environment Agency as a Licensed Waste Carrier.
No, it is almost impossible to set a fixed rate as every property is different. To help you, though, if you assumed that everything in your property was to be treated as waste, imagine the number of skips you would fill (generally around £180-190 per skip). We usually work out cheaper than this figure and, of course, we do the work and take it away.
Yes, if we consider it to be a saleable item then we will make an offer to purchase.
Yes we have cleared many properties for free. If there are enough saleable items within the property then we will remove the waste for free.
Yes, we recycle as much as we possibly can and only use licensed Transfer Stations (waste management sites) that will separate the materials.
Our local areas are Swindon, Cirencester, Marlborough, Chippenham, Devizes, Malmesbury and Lechlade. We will however visit areas outside our local area upon request.
We work 7 days a week, from 9am until 5pm, although we will not finish until the work is complete.
This is entirely up to you. If you would prefer not to be present then that is not a problem. We can arrange collection and return of the property keys from an allocated source of your choice. It is quite normal for us to collect from Solicitors or Estate Agents or even neighbours that hold a key.
If you are happy with our quotation then all you need to do is contact us and we will agree a mutually acceptable date and time.
Yes, the itemised quotation that we send to you will list everything that we will be taking and also the timescale required to complete the work.
We will not leave you with items in the property unless you have requested that certain items are to stay. We do leave curtains up so that the property does not look empty and we also leave carpets unless you specify that you would like them removed.
When the clearance is complete we will provide you with an invoice which is usually paid at an agreed term.
